Taken from IPI's Catalog, the Warranty reads as follows.

Lifetime Warranty*

IPI warrants to the original registered owner of an IPI
Acrylic Aquarium that it shall be free from leakage due
to manufacturers defect for as long as they own the
Aquarium.

Warranty shall be void if:
1. The aquarium has been modified, damaged or incorrectly incorrectly installed.
2.  The aquarium bottom has not been fully supported.
3.  Cleaners containing solvents or ammonia have been used.
4.  High intensity lighting, such as Metal Halide or Power Compacts that are incorrectly
     installed.  This type of lighting should be installed 10 - 12" above the acrylic
     aquarium top. Fans should be used to provide sufficient air flow to keep the acrylic
     aquarium top cool.  Failure to follow these recommendations could cause damage to
     the aquarium top.

There are no other warranties expressed or implied and IPI will not be liable for any incidental damages or costs.  IPI, at it's option, will repair or replace the defective aquarium.
