When you experience net caught, quarantined fish, aquacultured corals and clams,
you will know there's a difference, a BIG difference!

To see what's in quarantine ===> QUARANTINE

Only net caught imported fish.

We will never knowingly buy drug caught fish.  That is a tough policy to live by because importers can tell you anything.  The fact is we can not possibly know with utmost certainty where the fish were caught and under what conditions.  It's really a crap-shoot.  Most specimens are widely spread throughout the Pacific.  But our quarantine policy should weed out the weak fish so we can deliver only healthy fish to you our customers.  We will do our best to avoid fish from the Philippines where drugs are a common problem.

We believe in strictly adhering to a quarantine policy.  It will range from a minimum of two weeks to as much as a month and longer in cases that warrant more care.  The system will consist of bare bottom holding tanks that will have the latest filtering techniques including but not limited to, mechanical, biological, chemical, aggressive protein skimming, UV sterilization, ozone, etc.  In other words, what ever it takes.

In the case of wild net caught imported fish, they will not leave quarantine until they are eating consistently, showing signs of  improving health and a will to live in captivity.  Our actions will not be motivated on profit alone but customer satisfaction with livestock that lives, eats and survives.  We know it can be done.  We've done it in the past.

There is nothing so disheartening than spending hard earned money on beautiful reef creatures only to have them die because of improper handling from diver, to importer, to wholesaler, to dealer, to you.

We will do everything in our power to offer you, our customers, the healthiest, net caught marine fish for your enjoyment.  You deserve nothing less.

Aquacultured corals, clams, fish and inverts.

Because of the shortened travel time for aqua cultured specimens we expect the quarantine time to be two weeks and in some cases even less.  We will be located less than ten miles from the ORA, Oceans, Reefs and Aquariums facility and will have the luxury of picking up our orders directly from ORA.   At most they will be bagged less than two hours.

Imported specimens would be held the full two week minimum and more if necessary.

Our filtration in the main holding tanks will mirror the quarantine facility, plus a 4" minimum DSB (deep sand bed) utilizing pure aragonite sugar grain sand, with a what ever it takes attitude.

If we can't consistently deliver the highest quality product to you, we don't belong here.

When our facility is up and running we will offer photographs of the quarantine system and the holding tanks.
