need, squeeze the bottle, fill the cup above your measured amount and relax your grip.  Any excess liquid
will drain back into the bottle and stop at the desired pre-set amount.  Then lift off the cap and easily pour
the liquid from the measuring cup into your sump/refugium or another container.
